America’s greatest national treasures - our priceless and irreplaceable national parks and (at one time) protected lands - have remained open during the current Trump government shutdown - something this administration intentionally chose to do, and
which previous administrations did not do out of concern for public safety and for the protection of our precious national parks.
Sometimes, the best way to get a clearer understanding of a situation is to look at it from the perspective of an outside, third-party, observer...
