Caught On Police Car Dash-Cam:
(See link to video below)
Paradise, CA: Piece Of SH*T police officer Patrick Feaster arrives at the scene of a car accident just at the driver is climbing out of the broken window (vehicle had landed on it's side, so window was on top).
He casually un-holsters his service weapon, takes aim... and, then, SHOOTS The ACCIDENT VICTIM In The Neck! (No Joke. It's On Video.)
Feaster, then, casually re-holsters his service weapon as the accident/shooting victim flops over - like a freaking 5-point buck!
What the video Doesn't Show:
Officer Feaster doesn't report that he'd discharged his weapon to anyone - not to his fellow officers who arrived on the scene, not to medics who arrived and not to his superiors.
11 Minutes pass - with the accident/shooting victim bleeding - before anyone realizes the accident victim has a GUNSHOT WOUND!
(Reports now say, he's alive, but may be paralyzed for life.)
Icing On The "Open Season On Civilians" Cake:Officer Feaster's shooting of the Accident Victim Is Declared "ACCIDENTAL" and Officer Piece of Sh*t is Cleared of ANY Wrongdoing and is still on the job!
(Watch the video (link below) and ask yourself: "Do you feel safer? Well, do you?")
'Accidental'? No Charges In Police Shooting Of Accident Victim.
PUBLIC NOTICE:
This Is To Inform You That:

Estelle Massé's Speech Before The European Parliament on Responses To Terrorism, Mass Surveillance and Human Rights
Access Now analyst Estelle Massé delivered a (standing-ovation worthy) speech at the European Parliament on December 2, 2015.
The issues of mass surveillance, (invasion of) privacy and security are of tremendous importance to all of us - everywhere.
I strongly encourage you to read her speech in full (please click the link below).
Here's a brief excerpt:
"Our democracies are based on the protection of universal human rights. This protection must be ensured throughout the legislative process, at every level, and not left to judicial power. We have learnt the hard way that fast-tracked, short-sighted legislation harms users’ rights, undermines legal certainty, and weakens the basis of our societies. Consider the government reactions to previous attacks — including New York in 2001.
At the time, authorities sought additional powers to fight emerging threats. Unfortunately, the measures taken did not necessarily provide greater security, and often clamped down on the human rights of their citizens. Years later, we are still trying to roll back many of those hastily made decisions."
"There is a way to ensure that people who represent a threat to others are apprehended rapidly, without doing harm to human rights. It is not about more data but more cooperation between law enforcement agencies. In most of the attacks that took place in the EU in the past, the attackers were known from at least one national intelligence services but the information was not shared.
We must learn from past mistakes. We need leadership not just to keep us safe, but also to protect our most cherished values and human rights."

On The 337th Day Of 2015, Reality Struck Me... Please Allow Me To Help It Strike You.
On The 337th Day Of 2015...
Reality Struck Me:
352 Mass Shootings
Four Calling Birds
Three French Hens
Two Turtle Doves
And A Partridge in a Pear Tree!
Dear President Obama, et al.:
The People Carrying Out Mass Shootings ALREADY HAVE GUNS.
Stricter Gun Control Laws WON'T MAKE A DIFFERENCE For Those Who Already Have Guns (And... Hello?... there are plenty of them).
The Problem Is IRRATIONAL Americans who are constantly being incited to commit acts of Violence.
And, yes, I'm speaking to You, in particular, Fox News.
It's Specific Agents Of The Mass Media Who - Through Their Daily Diatribes Of Inflammatory Statements - Are Encouraging People To Believe That Picking Up Their Gun (Or Guns) Is A Perfectly Acceptable Way Of Dealing With Their Problems/Issues.
The SOLUTION Is Simple:
Order Them To STOP DOING It.
And (Ideally) Force Them To Acknowledge - Publicly - That That's Exactly What They've Been Doing.
And, Make Them Apologize For It - On The Air.
